BASIC TUNE

Basic tune-up covers adjustment of all bearings, brake and derailleur adjustment, wheel true, lubrication of cables and chain, quick cleaning, and general safety check of the bicycle.

OVERHAUL

An Overhaul includes replacing cables and housing, servicing all bearings (clean out old grease, pack with fresh grease, inspect for wear), all adjustments covered in the Basic Tune, and an in depth cleaning of parts and the frame.

CUSTOM BUILD

We start with a frame and a box of parts, and turn it into your next bike

WHEEL BUILD

Tell me which hub, rim, type of spoke, and lacing pattern, and I will assemble the most important component of the bicycle

SHIFTER REPAIR

Shimano index shifters from the 90's tend to get gummed up and people think they're broken. 9 times out of 10 they just need some some extra love. This way you don't need to wait for parts, you keep the bike looking the same, and it's less expensive.

VINTAGE BIKES AND RECUMBENTS

It can be hard finding someone to work on recumbents and older bikes. Luckily, I love a good challenge. I have the resources to accommodate any recumbent, and the knowledge to fix older bikes, specifically 70's and 80's bicycles.

ABOUT US

Our History

I have been working in shops since 2006, starting as the shop lackey at Rincon Cyclery. I went to United Bicycle Institute (UBI) in 2007 and completed 3 courses there. After that I worked for various shops around Sonoma County, honing my skills, working on any type of bike I could get my hands on, and trying to absorb as much information as I could, including teaching my self how to do things not taught anywhere. By 2019, I figured I've garnered enough knowledge that I could start doing this by myself. In 2020, I made my dream a reality.
